1. Returns
1.1 General Returns: We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery for non-personalized products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
1.2 Personalized Products: Unfortunately, personalized gifting products cannot be returned or refunded. This includes any product that has been customized with names, dates, or other personalized elements. Please carefully review your personalization details before placing your order.
2. Refunds
2.1 Non-Personalized Products: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
2.2 Personalized Products: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized gifting products unless the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged personalized product, please contact us at support@crossart.in within 3 days of receiving the item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
2.3 Refund time duration policy
Refund will be processed within 7 working days in your account after product receives return pick up from your location.
3. Shipping Costs
3.1 Non-Personalized Products: If you are returning a non-personalized product, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3.2 Personalized Products: If you are returning a personalized product due to defects or damage, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. How to Initiate a Return
